I'm a bit haphazard with this whole blogging thing...I LOVE reading other people's, and when i'm 'in the zone' I love throwing up the odd post but I can't help but feel I am not that blogger.
That super-organised, picture perfect, design knowing, social media savvy blogger that secretly I'd love to be! You know, like, a proper blogger.
I don't actually have a computer to work on, just the husbands work one of an evening when it's not in use by himself! Sometimes, I swear it is like reliving the early 90's in this house. We're still listening to CDs on an actual CD player and connecting to the net once a day! I'm probably one of a limited number who won't use the internet on my phone because I think 'touchscreens are crap' and tweeting goes right over my head (I do try, honest). We're only 25...I'm starting to think we're putting our kids at a 20 year technological disadvantage.
Anyway, I digress. Blogging. I've no idea what I'm doing. There is no clear plan, no theme, not even many coherent posts but there are frequent bad pictures (I'm using a pretty much broken finepix pocket camera to catch my moments...) I'd love to have loads of gorgeous photos of my little ones and especially their little moments and achievements but the reality is I'm always with them and my camera is not always with me! The dreams of a better camera and the time to learn how to use it are for a time far away from now! Lets face it; I am just a hopeless blogger...

Theres nothing wrong with that! Your blog is a part of you. xx
ReplyDeleteIt is- I just wish I could focus some of my organised self into it ha!
DeleteI wouldn't say you're hopeless at all - not if this post is anything to go by! And there are definite pluses of not going on Twitter on your phone. You never know, you might actually get stuff DONE *gasp*. Seriously though, blogging is whatever you want to make of it. Seems to me like you've totally got it down! x
ReplyDeleteThanks Molly! I'm taking the haphazard approach over here and getting comfortable with it!
